We stand behind every

Every repair we perform is covered by a written 12-month or 20,000 km labour warranty. Your invoice is your certificate. No fine print.

How to claim

  1. 01 Keep your invoice: it is your warranty certificate.
  2. 02 Call or email us describing the issue.
  3. 03 We schedule a priority appointment within 24 business hours.
  4. 04 If covered, the repair is completed at no charge.

What is covered

Labour,
fully warranted.

  • All labour performed in our shop

    Oil change or engine rebuild: if we did the work, we warranty it.

  • Installation and diagnostic errors

    We made a mistake? We fix it. No charge, no argument.

  • Priority return visit

    Same problem comes back during the warranty period? You move to the front of the queue.

  • All makes and years

    Domestic, import, classic or recent. The warranty has no brand exclusions.

Parts

Every part we install carries the manufacturer warranty: generally 12 to 24 months. If a part fails during that period, we handle the return and provide a replacement vehicle during follow-up work.

Not covered

  • Damage caused by accident, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear items: brake pads, wiper blades, bulbs
  • Damage caused by contaminated fuel or misuse
